Change of dividend instructions

If you currently have your dividend and associated tax credits paid to you and would like them to be used to buy more shares for your ISA or currently use your dividend and associated tax credit to buy more shares for your ISA and would like to receive an income, please complete the Change of Mandate Form (ISA) 
and post it to our Administration Centre.
