As a shareholder in HBOS plc, you are one of the owners of this business and we thank you for placing your trust in us to manage it well on your behalf. The information contained in this section will help you judge how we are performing and enable you to track the value of your holding.
For your information, our registrars, Computershare Investor Services PLC, now offer an enhanced automated telephony service, called Investor Phone, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By using this service, you can access a range of information on your shareholding, such as:
- your share balance;
- your dividend payment history;
- the HBOS share price.
Investor Phone can be accessed by dialling 0870 702 0102 and you will need to have your folio number (found on share certificates and statements) to hand in order to access the new interactive facilities.

HBOS plc does not authorise third parties to contact shareholders by any method regarding the sale or purchase of HBOS shares. Any such calls, emails or mailings received should be treated with extreme caution.
