Around 79% of our shareholders are also our customers and around 90% of our colleagues hold HBOS shares. We aim to deliver a business strategy that meets the interests of customers, colleagues and shareholders.
We believe that strong leadership in Corporate Responsibility helps differentiate our brand. Our particular focus is ensuring our customers get a better deal than they'd find elsewhere.
